My vehicles STILL DOES NOT HAVE THE SPARE KEY. i have ranted and raved regarding this matter and STILL TODAY i DO NOT HAVE the spare key for this vehicle.
The bonnet latch for the vehicle is broken, When the vehicle came in for a service on the 1st of march 2013 i was told it would be repaired and the spare key will be available, Guess what, just as i have imagined NOTHING was sorted out. Bongi said the vehicle will be picked up on the 4th March 2013 But guess what- NOTHING happened, Not even a phone call to say that it will not be done that day. I must be the one who calls and enquires what is going on. She says the following day it will be done. NOTHING. On the 5th I speak to Barry who then assures to call me back in 10 minutes regarding when this problem will be sorted out, He does not call me back either. I must then call back and enquire again about this matter. They finally collect the vehicle at my offices on the 7th March 2013 12pm. I contact them yet again- Bongi to ask if the vehicle has been dropped of since she adviced me that the bonnet latch will only take 10 minutes to be fixed and that the spare key is at the locks smith's but the driver is gone to collect, she says
