THE WORST SERVICE CENTRE IN THE COUNTRY!!!

I have never been so disgusted by service in my life (and this says a lot living in country that is renound for terrible service); I purchased my first vehicle just over 2 years ago - a brand new Tata Indica; just after a year, I started to experience a problem with my clutch, and due to me not being knowledgable about cars and how they work, I was unaware that my clutch was slipping on a brand new R98 000 car. After taking it in with concerns, and the Cape Town Multifranchise service centre did NOTHING about it, they recently had a proper look at it and told me I have to pay R6000.00 for a new clutch, and that it was due to customer abuse. For someone that lectures her friends NOT to ride their clutch - I found this very hard to believe. So that was 2 months ago - I am STILL trying to get proof in writing that the clutch was damaged due to customer abuse, and is in fact NOT covered by my Warranty, Service Plan or Maintenance Plan. I was told the company was broken into, and my files were "" - and since then I have had NO assistance in getting this all in writing so that I am able to possibly get my R6000.00 back for a clutch that was faulty and not damaged by me!!
