CLUTCH SLIPPING

I have a Nissan Xtrail 2011 this car has now got 89100 km on and the clutch started slipping 6 months ago

i reported this to two differ ant dealers the first answer i got from both is clutch is not under warranty

i have had this car for 17000km

the clutch should not start slipping at 89000KM

the back tail gate gas shock bend, while on holiday i ahd to straighten it to get home, took it to a dealer while on holiday and the first words out of there moth was no warranty

SO WHY THE DOES NISSAN SELL A CAR WITH A WARRANTY AS THE NEVER UP HOLD IT
