Poor service and bad attitude

My name is nomfundo mkonjiswa, the owner of hyndai ix35, l took my car for a 30000 km service to hyundai ncw 11085in kokstad, but my vehicle came back the same as if nothing was done. I asked the manager from servicing department to adjust the lights for me bcoz they are soooo dim when travelling at night. He told me that he had ordered some parts for me l must come and bring back the car after 2 weeks, the incident happened on the 8 january 2013. I took my car after 2 weeks, and the manager said he is still waiting for those parts as they were damaged in my car so he had to replace them. When l got there he said l must come back @ 2pm, l waited outside and he asked me what was wrong with the car, l was shocked, l i reminded him of what he said about the damaged parts, he said l must wait he will order those parts. When l went out l met a guy from servicing dept l asked him to check whats wrong with the lights, he told me me he has fixed it it was a wire that was disconnected. Until today i experience problems with the lights. My car is using a petrol and its serviced after 15000 km intervals, but l was shocked when l was a sticker that @ 40 000 km l must take it back
