So who is the worst motor product support. Bought what i believed was a reliable car for my daughter. 2 years later and 28000 km on the clock the vehicle gave up the ghost on 8th January with apparent Megatronic failure in the gearbox. VW unable to supply spare and now appears capacity/capability issues now keep the car in the workshop.
Complained to VW Uitenhage whom responded after 5 days with some call centre bimbo who could do nothing but read the policy repeatedly apologizing.
So now all i want to do is get the car out the workshop to enable me to sell it for a product that at least has some support. Russian Trabant sounds a better bet!!!
So, If you are thinking of VW, think carefully, as all they look for is a sales statistic with no support!!!
