INCORRECT/MISLEADING INFORMATION ON CAR SERVICE

Purchased my AUDI 2012 Sept,
car still in warranty (93000kms when purchased)

I sent the car in to check the clutch as i was not happy with the fact it was changed last year (2011 previous owner).problem picked up-booked the car for a complete clutch overhaul (this was done: complete clutch, pressue plate Fly wheel-warranty paid in full-Nov 2012)

So 2 clutch replacements done in 2 years consecutively, the Service adviser told me that the clutch comes with 12 months guarantee, that being 7 months after since to date. last week i notice the clutch shuddering when driving in traffic so i had taken it back to the dealership the next day, the technician picked up the problem and the car was booked yesterday. clutch striped:
their report this morning: the clutch is "blue"??? (what ever that means), it was drivers abuse and my leg is not removed from the clutch pedal when driving. bill R12000
#scream# i asked them for a 2nd opinion-they sent it to brake control clutch-they pick up that there is a problem with the flywheel (fitted new Nov2012
little or no driver abuse but part defect.

they called to say they will help me by fitting R8000 bill
i am still not happy!
