ASTOUNDINGLY BAD LACK OF SERVICE AND ARROGANCE

Had vehicle assessed on Monday. was promised a quote by end of business that day.By Wednesday still nothing. Phoned... no one available.. all doing assessments for new business ..Phoned again and spoke to the Branch owner. He promised action... Nothing. Eventually an email arrived saying here is the quote - BUT NO QUOTE was attached. Sent several emails to the branch owner Andre Kruger and Nava Kruger... NO RESPONSE. clearly my little job on a Mercedes Benz was too small for them to even bother with... not a call to apologise or even to say job too small for us... This is arrogance in its most despicable form..
