Small accident total quote R2924.10
The general manager, who subsequently resigned, but is willing to vouch for his agreement offered a quotation of R2200.00 if paid in cash.
The offered- and agreed to- price was less than my insurance excess and I therefor accepted the offer.
However, the owner, Mr. Perreira refused to honour this agreement and held me to the higher quote, which was significantly more expensive than my insurance claim, thus doing me out of a large sum of money.
All of this after a number of other inconveniences such as being called to inform me that my vehicle was ready for collection when it was not and personal items being removed from my vehicle which they have promised to return.
The attitude of the owner towards me as his client was rude and obnoxious and I will NOT be doing business with this establishment again.
