I was contacted my Renew-It and it was arranged that I bring my car in on the 14th of January 2013, I was able to bring my car on the 16th as I was waiting for a rental. I contacted them by the end of January to ask what the progress was on my car and their response was "it's still in the early stages". The truth came out and my car was booked in to the workshop only on the 25th of January. Yes, that is right my car (that was still drivable) was standing somewhere on their parking lot for 9 days!

I phoned them on the 6th of February and they promised the 7th, I phoned them on the 7th and they promised the 8th. So I called Dial-Direct the Friday afternoon (8th) to please ask them to intervene as it was becoming ridiculous. So we were on a conference call with Renew-it where I was eventually put through to a manager, Mava Kruger. Mava promised to give me a call first thing on Monday morning to give me an update. No one contacted me and she claims not to have spoken to me at all.

I would strongly advise anyone not to make use of Renew-it Edenvale. If you really have to because of insurance company then make sure they have all your parts before you book in your vehicle.
