After someone hit my car, I went to Renew it for a quote. The quote was recieved quite quickly, but now, that the 3rd party wants a pro-forma invoice, to pay for the repairs, I have been struggling now for over a week to get any response from anyone! Its as if they dont want my business. Unfortunately Danmar is just as slack in responding. I really hope someone wakes up and responds a bit, as this service is pathetic! 6 days to reply to an email? I, together with millions of other South Africans woudlve been fired if we ignore emails for that period of time!
