I phoned on Friday regarding a car part that I need. I was told that they can only order the part on Monday and that it will be in Cape Town (from JHB) in 2-3 work days.
I phoned to check up yesterday, and was told, they are using a new courier company and that the part will be here today, Wednesday 10 July 2013.
After phoning them, I got a call back and was told "something went wrong with the courier company" and the part will only be here tomorrow (hopefully).
I'm disappointed and feel they can get another courier to get the part to me today still!
