In September 2011 after hitting a pothole that was filled with water the insurance authorised the replacement of the steering rack, shock, control arm and replacement tyre. We were instructed to take it to auto magic. After waiting almost 3 months for a job which should only take a week we received the car back the beginning of December. On the 10th December we left for Pinetown on the way to Pinetown we came to a glide off and the car did not want to turn. We had to force the car to turn by yanking the steering wheel almost causing an accident. We finally arrived in Pinetown after a 8 hour trip. The next morning we took the vehicle to Ford in Pinetown and upon inspection we were informed that the steering rack that we had waited for for 3 months was not a new one but a reconditioned one even though the insurance had authorised a new one. Leon fetched the vehicle the next day and drove back to JHB since they fetched my car parts have been stripped engine mountings taken off, gearbox taken out sensor broken, seals damaged and vehicle driven from them and delivered to us without oil. Vehicle now has all sorts of problems that were not there before. Still no car and no help from Leon
