I have still not received money outstanding to me since June 2012. I have made queries in this regard to no avail. This is shocking, unacceptable and blatant.
It may only seem like R441.11 to you but lets calculate the opportunity costs to me. I am charged a rate of 8.85% daily on my oustanding bond amount. This money would have gone towards that. 441.11 * 8.85% would reduce my interest payment by R39 a day. Its been 267 days since you owe me. This has cost me 39 * 267. Thats over 10k!! Disgusted
