I left the premises in June 2012. After a very long time I received my final account. I am still owed around 760 rands. The interest on my deposit was around 250 rands for 8500 deposit over three years. This is lower than the mora rate of interest by far and is a rip off of note. I would like to ask the public to make sure they have at lease the mora rate of interest put into the lease so they dont get the same silly amount at the end of thier lease. I still have not received this amount either. The rental tribunal are near on useless and there is little recourse on landlords or agents. Pathetic!!
