Menlyn Shopping Centre Pretoria, 27 September 2013. I was driving in the parking garage trying to find parking space. A trolley handler (Mr Clean employee) lost control of a string of trolleys. One of the trolleys collided with and damaged my vehicle. As per request/instruction by Mr Clean "manager" I obtained and forwarded three quotations for repairs. I followed up with them weekly and the excuses ranged from "presenting to management" to "just waiting for go-ahead". Despite promises I have never been contacted by Mr Clean personnel. I contacted them again last week and was told "we don't believe the damage and want to see the vehicle". I arranged for them to see the vehicle today (11 November 2013). No show from them. To date Mr Clean has made no effort to address the damage they caused. Menlyn Centre Management says "not our problem".
