I bought a Tata Indica LTD through the Satinsky Group SA and am the unhappiest vehicle owner in the country.

When I received my "NEW" Tata the following faults was identified by me :-
1. The aircon did not work (day 1). I took it to Tata Pinetown to have it repaired.
2. The exhaust was leaking, only to be told there is a nut missing - I fixed it myself.
3. The front bearings are shot and must be replaced (humming - Took the car to Tata Umhlanga and waited 33 days to be informed that they have now received the parts and to bring the car for repairs
4. Two days after receiving my "NEW" car it had to be taken to have the brand new tyres replaced as there
was a high spot on the tyres
5. When I drive there is a vibration on the gearbox - why.

This is a supposedly NEW car and all I have had so far is problems - ENOUGH NOW

Tata Pinetown has the worst customer service ever - it doesn't exist

Satinsky does not care as they sold the car - so what if you have problems - JUST PAY YOUR BILLS.

I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS NONSENSE
