The worst service EVER!!

I ordered books via [URL Removed] and they were dispatched on 15/02/2013, arrived in JHB on Mon 18/02. Tue 19/02 i called Supaswift to hear when delivery would be because i need the books for a course my wife wrote in for. I was told that same day, i waited and called again to be told the next morning. Wed 20/02 i called again and the agent told me no they don't deliver in my area on Wed. I called Kalahari and they said they would sort it out and come back to me. Wed afternoon Supaswift called to say they will deliver on Thur morning. Thur afternoon i was livid and called again and in anger told them to stick their books. Fri i called to hear where the books were and was told it was sent back to Kalahari cause i didn't want it anymore. I told them i still want the books and they promised i would have it on Monday 25/02. Mon 25/02 late afternoon i called again to hear they had some kind of a problem but defnitely Tue 26/02 early. It is now 12:25 and still no delivery and the contact person (Melaney - supervisor) at Supaswift ignores my sms's and my calls. I have now spent more than R250 on airtime calling these people for books to the value of R365!!
