After my previous complaint, i received the following e-mail, over two months later. I don't think this resovles the problem.

I received a message from Hello Peter today, which I was very surprised to hear about the bad service you received from Cuba.
I tried calling your mobile number... and work... today.
My name is Shameemah, most people call me Sam for short, I am the new Manager at Global Car Rental Pty (Ltd).
Cuba is no longer in our employ for good reasons that I will not get in to, Please accept my deepest, sincerest apology for all inconveniences caused.
If you should require a vehicle in the future, please do not hesitate to contact me directly and I will personally see to it that you get a discount and excellent before and after customer service.
If you could please do me a kindness and reply to this email, and if I may ask you a huge kindness to remove the message on Hello Peter.
