POOR SERVICE

On the 27/12/2012, my vehicle broke down with no power. It was subsequently sent to Eikestad Motors in Stellenbosch. I was given a courtesy car, for which I am grateful. However, the service I am receiving from Eikestad motors and Mercedes SA is absolutely pathetic. It has been almost two months and I am still without my car. No one has ever called me to give me feedback on what is happening. I find myself having to constantly call and enquire about my vehicle, to which I receive a host of excuses with no end in sight. Secondly, my vehicle is being stored outside at Eikestad motors. This vehicle has been exposed to extreme heat for over two months, this will undoubtedly cause extensive damage to my leather seats and interior. I take great care in looking after my vehicles and they are always kept in a covered garage.

I implore you to please take my plight seriously and get back to me on resolving the issue at hand. I am tired of receiving sub standard service from a company that should take great care and pride in its customers.
