I am in the process of buying a pre owned vehicle from "The New Kia Weltevredenpark". From the start the financial guy, Jeremy has been completely unhelpful unethical, rude and unprofessional. There was a problem with financing the vehicle, i eliminated the issue and i thought this would be easy sailing, however not if u have a .fi who is not williing To go the extra mile and explain the situation to the bank. If i did the finance by myself from the beginning, i surely would have collected my car by now. I have been given 1 option to go with and never was it explained why the the other banks won't finance, or was i able to make a decisions myself between the different finance options. Jeremy has no people skills he speaks with disrespect... i am still the customerI believe that this is just about he's commission on the deal and not about service delivery or customer service. As this is a new Kia branch, you would think that any sales coming through the door would be valuable, clearly not mine. If it wasn't for the sales lady, Dally and the sales manager, Evert i would have walked out by now
