Would like to commend the team at Capital Auto World on their excellent, professional and friendly service. Particularly their after-sales service which is rare to find in this industry. Last month I bought a 2010 Peugeot 207 from them. Although initially we were off to a shaky start as the central locking on the rear passenger door wasn't working and the Sales Manager (who seems to be the odd one out among this lovely group of people) had been somewhat unhelpful and rude, the rest of the team went above and beyond to help me. From start to finish, every person I interacted with other than Dave was exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating. They sorted out all problems promptly and efficiently. They really went the extra mile to ensure I left a very happy customer who would definitely recommend their dealership and return to purchase a vehicle from them again in the future. A special mention for Maritza in finance who was so sweet and understanding and a pleasure to deal with. Well done Capital Auto! Loving my new car!
