The worst service I have ever experienced

I bought a car from Eagle Canyon, I paid for it to be transported down to me in Cpt. They told me it would take 24 hrs. They told me the car would leave on Saturday and I paid for this service. The car only got to me on Wednesday and the Driver shattered my sunroof. I only ended up getting my car the next Saturday. Raymond Thompson (DP) apologised for his teams lack of efficiency as the communication was terrible during this time as no one ever got back to me and kepy on telling me different things.
Raymond said that he was going to sort it out but and make it upto me. He never did, what he did do was tell me the world doesnt revolve around me and that I am not the only person he has to deal with. I am sorry but if you buy a car that is almost R400 000 and you get messed around and that is the attitude of the DP then I am not sure what this world is coming to, I wouldve thought with them messing me around at least the DP would have been a little more customer sensitive...
