I own a small online company, I send goods all over South Africa, I started using Fastway at the beginning of Feb, worst mistake I've ever made in the 6 years I've had my business.
Their driver David (118) says he will come and collect and never does, 3 phone calls later and a sms and he returns to the depot without collecting my goods, this happened twice. Since then I couldn't trust that David will do as he says so I have to make at least 5 calls to get him to respond, or make alternate arrangements when he doesn't show up. UNACCEPTABLE!!
Don't ask them for satchels, just as painful! Tumi promises the satchels the same day if you pay immediately (Don't believe her, it's not the truth) I got it 4 days & 4 phone calls later. Ria just never sends you an invoice.
Their service is worse than the Post Office when they are on strike!!!
You treat your customers worse than some people treat their animals. With disdain, disinterest and disgust. I am well aware that the little bit of income you receive from me does not warrant your full attention, so I'm taking my business to where I know I will get good service: BERCO
