I ordered a parcel via Kalahari nearly a week ago, for overnight delivery, unfortunately by Fastway. It has still not arrived. I have tried time and time again over the passed few days to get hold of someone at Fastway offices but there is simply no answer. Thus I have called Kalahari instead, no less than 8 times. On their records/logging into Fastway website - the item has been "loaded for delivery" for the passed 5 days - yet it has not been delivered! No response or explanation from Fastway. Completely useless service. Stay away!
