A parcel was despatched to me in Bellville from Johannesburg on the 13/03/2013. Despite the address being given correctly, complete with postal code, Fastway saw fit to send the consignment to Durban. Six days later, it still hasn't reached Cape Town.
Mistakes can be forgiven. However, when I questioned the error by submitting a query on Fastway's web site, they didn't even bother to respond; they combine incompetence with laziness and rudeness.
Avoid using Fastway at any cost--they cetainly aren't fast and they don't know the way.
