Poor service and incompetence from GM Auto Canyon

I recently bought a new Isuzu Bakkie from the General Motors in Honeydew. All of the Auto Canyon staff, except for the finance manager, has displayed nothing but incompetence and reluctance to assist. The day I went to view the vehicle the sales agent (Kagiso), as well as the assistant sales manager (Corne), did not know which keys to provide me with and the attitude turned unprofessional due to the confusion in their branch. Furthermore the vehicle was supposed to be register within the first week of January. After several calls make to the dealership they told me that it was not done and registration would be in the second week of January. After making arrangement to pick up the papers this morning, Saturday 12 of January, I was informed that the licensing was still outstanding. I complained to the branch principal (JP) and said that I was planning on taking the matter further to GM SA to which he responded - "OK".
It is extremely unfortunate that Isuzu is brought into South-Africa through GM as I am quite pleased with the vehicle but cannot see myself ever buying another car from GM-SA.
