I am writing on behalf of my gardiner. He took his vehicle to repair burnt out wiring. When he returned, the work was done extremely badly and sloppy. When he complained, he was verbally abused and was forced to pay 38% extra. Having paid, and collected the vehicle, he arrived home, and when he switched on the hazard lights, the wiring burnt out again. Upon contacting the contractor, he was again verbally abused, told he was lying, and thecontractor refused to accommodate him in any way. We will be pursuing the matter further.
