Feedback from HI Q westville. Went to see owner today and spoke about incident of the almost killing me with not checking and having my back tyre screws loose. The owner says that it was not them that loosened the tyre even though they have no camera proof of it They say it was someone trying to the hub so that means hiq is not safe for customers. I also spoke about the 5 hours waiting for my car to be worked on because they brought wrong part and owner shrugs and says "it happens beyond there control"where is the management and customer service. Owner also said if i had to swear at him and i quote"i will put you on your head if you had to swear at me" that to me is threatening and not the just thing to do in a business where so many other industries are out there.
