My younger brother took his car for a service at BMW SAndton auto, as a recommendation from me as i have used them before. An hour after his departure he received a phone call that his motor plan has been suspended due to an exhaust system that he put in his car, which you guys advised that its not a BMW approved exhaust system, we then went to the installer to fit back the original, which has been done, i asked them to lift the suspension and BMW SOUTH AFRICA refused to lift the suspenion.
This is a plead to BMW SOUTH to lift the suspension of the motorplan, as when we bought the car it wasnt explained to us that when you put extras in your car, the motorplan will be suspended.
If they cant reinstate the motorplan, they must reimburse us them money that we paid for the motor plan and they musnt tell us that it is for free, there is nothing for free.
