Bought a new 2013 Polo GTI in February 2013 at the Rustenburg VW branch with a R60 000 motor plan. Today the car went for its first service at Lindsay Saker Vereenging (my closest branch). When I went to pick up the car, I was told according to the VW system I had no motor plan registered against the car. The service advisor that was assigned to me (Cherolene van der Walt) was very helpful and phoned the Rustenburg branch and according to them I only have a motor plan with a value of R33 000. This is totally unacceptable, when I buy a car with a motor plan I expect service not inconvenience, as it is a lot of money.
