How long must 1 wait for your new car to be fixed?

I bought a brand new Diahatsu Terios Diva at the Pta branch, the roof was scratched, all 7 windows smash and grab was poorly done and have bubbles, the drivers windows rubber gets swallowed when opening the window and the entire window is scratches because of it. After numerous phone calls I only received my car license after 3 months and then they came to polish out the scratches, made it a bit lighter but not fixed, the they send me to armor at Mdb for quote on the windows so they can correct it but no one new I was coming and then nothing came from it, the manager was going to rectify the problem then send me to wtb Diahatsu just to find out when i got there that they did not know i was coming and that they didn't even do windows at their workshop. After numerous phone calls to the Diatsu Pta branch I am still waiting for a response, its been 9 months now since I received the car and I am still struggling since day 1 of purchasing to get this corrected... HOW LONG MUST ONE WIAT TO GET ASSISTANCE AND A BIT PROFESSIONALISM. I spend all this money on what I thought would be a new car and still all I have been doing is waisting my time driving around to get quotes and calling!
