No papers and i have to pay for this???

We bought a VW Golf 1.4 2005 at Hyundai Bedfordview branch in the beginning of February 2013

The papers is still not ready after sending the forms that was needed to be completed a few times without gotting back anything.

I am very upset with the service that we have been getting. My car broke twice since I got it and I needed to arrange lifts, the sales consultant Ronald actually went the extra mile and came to our home to fix it after his manager refused and said we needed to tow the car in or bring it in but I could not drive. Even the cd player is broken and a cd was stuck with the purchase.

I will never buy or refer anyone to buy a car at that branch and why do they give a guarantee or a warrantee if they will refuse services afterwards.

I want my cars papers as we paid for this car and we paid the registration fees. Then give us back our registration money.

Ronald is the one that assisted us in a proper manner and come to our home after his manger said no and Jacques Mc Dermott is sitting on his hands and has caused us to resend the papers that is needed for the registration with no luck.
