Where do even begin? Imagine going to a back-yard mechanic on some plot in an obscure rural area, that's the kind of service I have received from Bruma Auto. How sad to see a premier brand such as BMW fall from grace in such a spectacular manner. And after all the costs and time delays that they have no regard for, no urgency, just an attitude of, "Mr Nel, your car, your service, your happiness, are of no concern to us. What we will do is bill you for work we didn't get authority to do, and when you drive your vehicle out on Friday after waiting a full week for us to even get to it, it WILL break down again within 2km. When you call us to find out what we are prepared to do, we will tell you to stand on the side of the road for a few hours and see if the car will cool down. If it doesn't, call us again on Monday and we will see if there is something we can maybe do, but don't rely on us, we are done with billing you, you have paid, so you are no longer our problem. Oh, and when you DO call on Monday Yolandi, the service manager, will give you the worst attitude possible - you are after all an interruption in her glorious "motor plan only" day."
Call me, I'm not joking.
