Bad SERVICE from Bruma Nissan

I bought a used 2005 Merc A170 from Nissan Bruma - which I paid cash for!
I have the car now exactly 3 months and 20 days. On Sunday the gearbox gave a error. I contacted Bruma where I was told I can take the car to Bosch. They are not responsible as the guarantee given with the car was 1 month - 1500 kilo.s I was not impressed. Upon diagnostics from Bosch it surfaced that the car gave this problem before.. I was not aware of it?
My husband phoned Bruma and the dealer Principal said he will get back to us.. did not happen either.
Sorry to say - I'm so disappointed with the "after" service from Bruma. Service was good until they got the money... and the car delivered... as for my problem which most probably is going to cost an arm and leg... they are not interested at all to assist.
I would not recommend them to anyone .. as they very easily turn their back onto people
I have done in this time approx only 2 800 km on the car...
