When we bought a Toyota 4x4 from Mc Carthy Toyota Hatfield in February, Donovan the salesman told us that we will receive free membership to the 4x4 club for a year. Phone calls even when we went to the garage he just said he will deliver and nothing happens. I spoke to Mc Carthy 4x4 club and they never received our application form from Donovan.
