Bad service

In october my brand new car was hit in the hailstorm in Midrand. I chose Tutuka Motors via my insurance to do repairs on my brand new car. The car was taken in on a wed 31/10/2012 for repairs. On the 28/11/2012 i called Tutuka motoers to find out how far were they with my car as i needed to return the courtesy car on Friday the 30/11/2012.Donovan then told me they were waiting for glasfit for my windscreen as it was out of stock. Friday i collected the car and only to find that the plainting was incomplete. My husband pointed the errors and that as they painting was not finished they were smudges in the front. MY car was filthy and not even washed. I still have some cutex container in the car resembling the paint they were using. When i open and close the windows they make a funny sound the rubber was not put back properly.
I was then told that because its december they will call me mid Jan when they open to bring back the car. I havent received any call from them. I was then sent an sms to rate the service i had received which i did. Some one called me and i told them i was not happy with the service i got. Promised to come back never did. Keeping in mind my car was just 3days old.
