Poor Service!

This has to be the worst service I have ever experienced regarding this claim 92451767. My car has was booked on the 24th Jan 2013 at Tutuka Motor Holdings around 9:00am, I was told it will be ready in 7/8 working days, this is now the fourth week almost a month and I have not received my car yet. The service I have been received from your contractor Tutuka Motor Holdings has been unprofessional from day one. I am paying customer, treat me with respect! This guy called Donovan told me that Outsurance issued them 55 cars to fix and now there's a backlog, now is he trying to tell me that my car is not a priority??? How is that my problem? I had to drive all the way to their offices/lab to find out how far they were with the car, when I got to the Lab I demanded to see my car, these were my findings: 1.The bumpers were still not assembled 2. My tyres were flat, which could make them rot, so who must replace them afterwards? I took photos as proof, I am disgusted with this whole issue. In this whole process, I have been the one calling to ask for updates, and when I ask them to call me back, it never happens.
