Sanrose staff continually contradict themselves

For the past 3 months I have been battling with Sanrose Autobody. Everytime I have been in contact with them, they blatantly contradict themselves. One person assures me my vehicle is almost complete, while another person validates the truth. They always promise to phone back and they never do. I have confronted them about their lack of integrity on numerous occasions, and simply received shrugged shoulders or 'passing the buck'. My car is STILL not repaired completely and I am STILL waiting for them to deliver anything better than dishonest/contradictory service!
