Late delivery and ignoring of phone calls

As per the agreement the company said they will delivery my goods on the 1 June 2013. After pick up of my goods from PMB on the 31 May 2013, they did not deliver on the 1 June. The logistic company refused to pick up their phones when I called and I received no updates. At 6 pm on the 1 June the company claimed the truck just arrived in joburg. However upon the visit of their warehouse on the 2 June. The truck was still in Durban and had not arrived yet. Hence I was to. On the 3 June I received an email from Alex claiming delivery will be between 11 to 2pm that day. I waited and there was no delivery. I went to their offices only to find out the truck was not even in Joburg yet. The goods were only delivered on the 4 June 2013. after 3 nights of sleeping on the floor due to not having furniture. The removers refused to be professional and keep delivery time

It was a frustrating transaction and a very bitter experience
