I had an accident a year back this month. my car went back numerous times, for the same issue. after about 9 months they told me, I should take my car to Opel to find the problem. That would cost ME MORE of my money, and time which I don't have running a business. when i voiced this concern, they told me that they will let me know when they have a curtesy car available, so that they can take my car in the be checked, as i felt it was THEIR job after all!!! It has been 3 months! nothing. They gave me a run around for such a long time, not once having a car for me to use! I had to get there on my own, and collect my car again on my own! Specially after they exceeded the allowed repair period from the Insurance copany. I had to give my rental back, and they couldnt care! All they said is that there were none available. I now hate my car I use to love, because they are incompetent to do the job they proclaim to be the best in! I HATE Renew it. i will NEVER deal with them again. They tried to tell be rubbish reasons for the annoying wind noise that is STILL in my door! I am a chick, and blond, but be assured, I AM NOT A DUMB ONE!!!
