Lack of response/bad attitude for more than 60 day

My car has been invloved in an accident and was brough into renew-it Sandton on the 16th November. Once the approval was sent to Renew-it, they never opened their emails for 5 days. It was only after I called to follow up that they opened it. On discussion before hand I was told that it would take 2 weeks to get the parts, once ordered and then another 3 weeks to repair. It took 6 weeks to get the parts in which I've been chasing them all along to get an idea of when the parts will be in and they never gave me an estimation of time, keeping on telling me that they don't know. Was there no bill of landing that someone could advise from?! when the parts finally arrived they could still not give an estimation of when the job be completed. Through this whole time I have been trying to speak to a manager, but was always rejected. The only person I could talk to was the service consultant, which the only information she could provide me was the one from the computer of the department the car was in and nothing else on top. I asked for a curtesy car, being that a very long period which no insurance covers and was never offered one. To this date I still don't know when will I have my car!
