My car was taken by renew-it after my accident on the 26th January 2013. because of the dmage to the car I was very patient as february came and ended. March came and was told the same story "the air bag light is still on " elimination processes is undertaken, for the entire month of March. the insurance repairs consulted intervened on 04/04/13) spoke to Deon from renew-it who promised to call the spares provider and revert back to me with a solution in half an hour. When he called in 45mins, he told me to collect my car @ 2pm today (05/04/13) only to receive an email that the air bag light is still on?? Really what's the meaning of telling me to collect my car and not inform me that the problem is not solved as yet. as irate as I am and grantedly so it the responsibility of this repairer to fix my car. they'v had my car for a full 2 months and two weeks.
