I booked my vehicle in for service at Reeds Motors N1 City on 07 November 2013. The service consultant contacted me to at 15:40 to notify me that my vehicle would not be ready on the day.
This left me stranded as I had no transportation to get home and subsequently to work the following morning.
This is a real inconvenience as now there was absolutely no concern for me, the customer on travel arrangements to and from work.
I am beyond annoyed at this situation. I will rather service my vehicle elsewhere as this not the first time I am experiencing bad service from this group.
