Never have I come across such bad customer service as I have experienced with Reeds Motor Group the past 2 weeks. I have been TRYING to have my car serviced on a motor plan that I am paying for so that I do not have the financial stress over the next 3 years. I sorted that out only to inherit service booking stress as the motor plan has firstly not been activated and secondly not processed with the correct information. Twice in two weeks has my car been dropped off for a service and to "my surprise" my car has not been serviced STILL. So tell me as a customer WHAT MUST I DO???
What I don't get is that I am to phone around and do all the ground work to sort out their mess. Is the problem maybe that I am not rich enough to warrant some attention??? Do I need more status quo? As clearly my words carries water. It is ridiculous that Hello Peter is what I have to resort to.
