On the 23/05/2013 I sent in my car for repairs at Chrysler Jeep & Dodge, it was overheating, had a noise in the front brake pads, spot lights weren't coming on, it was also in for a service. They told me it would cost R36 000. I received the car on the 07/06/2013 & on the 10/06/2013 I called the Service Advisor and told him the car was still overheating and he told me to monitor it for a while then bring it in if the problem persists and I did so. A few days later I took it back to and they replaced a temperature switch and told me the car will be fine. On the very same day when I got home I called them and told them the car was still overheating, they told me to bring it back and I did so a few days later. They then replaced a fan and on the very same day that the fan was fitted I called them to tell them that the car was still overheating and was again told to bring it back. And now they say the problem is the cylinder head and I need to pay R9 000 to fix it, when I have already paid them R36 000. It's not my fault that their technicians fixed the wrong things and I paid them to fix the overheating problem which still isn't fixed as yet.
