Can't get a clear explantion on where the part is

We ordered a camshaft sensor for a clients vehicle from Chrysler on Monday 06/05/2013, we were informed that it would be at Chrysler Canal Walk branch by Wednesday 08/05/2013, today is Friday 10/05/2013 the parts division are all shrugging there shoulders and telling us the part was ordered, by they can't tell us when we will receive it now, apparently there supply factory has moved and in total chaos. i recall last year about this time we had the same problem and the same excuse. If that is true you wonder if they had the same chaos last year when moving factory, why didn't the take precautions this time so that this wouldn't happen again. It seems that being a big group, nobody seems to care, please buy our vehicles but after you bought it, no after sale service.
