Helpful advice and No charge for Car inspection

I have unfortunately several unresolved complaints in against Car Service City Jet Park and their Head Office (search HelloPeter for "MyCustomer" to view) for misdiagnosis, replacing working parts, poor workmanship when they did not refit my alternator correctly, overcharging me and now just plain avoiding me and not replying to emails. I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO AUDI even with their higher labour charges! I have wasted tons of time and R3500 already due to Car Service City Jet Park.

Anyway, even though I did not get the afore-mentioned work done by Audi, the service staff at East Rand Mall have been most helpful (for ZERO FINANCIAL GAIN) with inspecting my Audi A4 and checking the safety of the vehicle. They give honest advice and aren't even trying to get me to bring my car to them for the alternator refitting repair. They even offered to give me the contact details of the engineering company they use to rebore alternator housing to repair and thereby save me money. Hows that!!!
