They gave me a damaged spare wheel which was not visible to me at the time of collection and inspection. The car was clean and polished with the body scratches visible. When I dropped off the car, they went straight to the boot and said there is a tyre damage I will pay. I logged a complaint with the customer service and they just repeated the same thing that I heard before from the Menlyn branch. They didn't actually address my complaint. They were bias.
When you change a tyres I supposed one of them will have dirt that proves that it had been on the road. Not have the same polish it had when it was washed by their own people. The rest of the tyres remained locked with their own cable ties.
When I told them they risked with my life by giving me a car without a reliable spare wheel, they ignored me. They refused to pay me back.
