CMH Volvo Bryanston = bad service

I bought the car over the internet in February of this year. Used Volvo S40 2.0 powershift. When I got into the car I realized that there was no lighter in the car, just an empty socket. There was no floor mats. I didn't receive a service booklet, and there was no spare key even though the car said that it had 2 keys.
Then the service light came on a week or so after the deal was done. Phoned them and they said not a problem maybe it wasn't reset or something. Then after about a month they phoned me and said there were never a service done when I bought it. Took the car in on my cost, 700km. Then they said my tyres worn. I said that I bought the car from them in Feb. And that I drove a total of 8500km since then. Why are the tyres wearing so fast. My driving roads were accused. After that I asked for the 110 point checks, done on sale and now. Which they supplied. Except that the tyres lost in excess of 3.3mm per tyre and the worst of all is that the spare tyre in the boot lost 1mm which is mind boggling. Why is this mind boggling? The spare wheel wasn't touched since I bought the car. So in other words the spare wheel is spinning in the back.specialists said most spares cant do that
