I was driving to town from work when my front wheel broke of or came loose, not sure how it happend, I lost control of the car and it was written off. This happened just after I got the car back from Fiat Middelburg. I just bouth the Alfa GT and I wasn`t happy with the condition of the rear tyres and noted on job card that their is a hamming noise on the front wheel. The car was standing 2 week at the garage and when I got it back they didn`t fix or replace anything I have ask them to do. Budget refuce to pay out due to the condition of the rear tyres. Fact Nr 1:It passed the roadworthy test with that tyres NR2:It is a front wheel drive car and it happend on n strait road. The rear tyres had nothing to do with the acident. NR3: It passed Budget inspection two. NR4: The causse of the acident was the front right hand wheel that broke off. I Am with budget for almost 2 years now |I think. I never Claimed before and now that I Did they are trying to do me in
